Our Programmes
PowerZone runs three fantastic programmes for children school years 0-8 (5-13yrs old).
Our Before School, After School and Holiday programmes all provide children with excellent care, in a fun and exciting environment filled with games, toys and activities that your children will love!
The PowerZone space located on Cashel Street is a fantastic place for children to spend their time. Our resources include Balls & Basketball hoop, Skateboards, Scooters and Skate ramps, Table Soccer, Air Hockey, stacks of Board Games, Coloring in and Craft equipment, Electronic Tablets with games such as minecraft, Playstation 3, Wii U console, an Xbox 360, Hotwheels cars and Tracks, Train sets, Lego, along with many more toys and activities!
All our Programmes are Fully OSCAR approved!
Please note: PowerZone is a Christian based programme and may contain some Christian content, such as Thanking God for our food.
While children are required to be respectful towards the Christian content, children and their families are under no obligation to hold the same faith as us.
Afterschool Care

The PowerZone afterschool programe picks up children from various schools around Christchurch and brings them back to our central location.
Our Services include:
-School Pick up
-Afternoon tea snack including different types of Fruit
-A fun and Positive place for children to hang out.
Opening Hours: 3pm-5.30pm weekdays
Fees: $19/day per child $95/week per child
*Places are limited and subject to availability.
Due to space availability we cannot offer casual bookings.

Our Exciting new before school care has just launched!
The Before School Care will include all the awesome games and equipment that PowerZone has to offer as well as Breakfast and School Drop Off.
Opening hours: Weekdays 7am-School Drop off
Fees: $15/Day per child ($75 per week)

Holiday Programme

Our Holiday Program runs every Holidays during the school year.
During the Holiday Program children not only get to use the fantastic resources in the Powerzone space, they also get to be involved in crazy games, competitions, dress ups, as well as going out to various activities each week* such as the movies, mini golf, ice skating, gymnastics, swimming etc.
*Activites subject to change every Holidays, contact us if you want more information specific to the latest Holiday Programme.
Our Services include:
-Days filled with Fun and exciting activities
-Afternoon tea snack (For those enrolled in the afternoon session.)
-A fun and Positive place for children to hang out.
Note: Morning tea and Lunch are not provided by PowerZone.
Opening Hours:
During school Holidays
Session 1: Main Programme 8am-3pm
Session 2: Afternoon Care 3pm-5.30pm
Note: Doors do not open until 8am
Fees:
Session 1: $37/day per child
Session 2: $19/afternoon per child
(This is in addition to fees for session 1)
